Physics without borders. The online extension of Nucleus, born when Darbhanga students asked to join remotely — same rigour, now open globally.
Nucleus 2.0 was never on the plan. It happened because students from Darbhanga knocked on the door — and we opened it.
Word of the Noida classroom had travelled home to Bihar. Students who had heard about Nucleus-20 wrote to us with the same question, phrased a dozen different ways: we cannot travel to Noida, but can we still learn from you? We could have said no. Instead, we asked ourselves why geography should decide who gets good physics teaching. It should not. So in August 2025 we announced Nucleus 2.0 — a separate online cohort that carried the same small-group discipline into a live virtual classroom, open not just to Bihar but to serious physics students anywhere in the world.
The rigour did not soften because the medium changed. Live classes, problem-solving sessions and real doubt-clearing — the same expectations, the same refusal to teach to a faceless crowd. When the batch began in September 2025, the register read like a small map: students from Darbhanga sitting in the same virtual room as students hundreds of kilometres away, all working the same problem at the same moment.
This is the bridge we are proudest of — the one that runs from a classroom in Noida to the villages of Bihar. Nucleus 2.0 is ongoing, and it taught us something we will carry into everything else: that reach and quality are not opposites. Physics without borders is not a slogan. It is just what happens when you decide that a student's postcode is not a reason to miss out.
