Lean Six Sigma certification workshop

Process excellence. Proven methodology. Real results. A small-cohort online Lean Six Sigma programme led by a Black Belt certified practitioner.

Not every classroom has a whiteboard full of physics. Some have process maps, control charts and the quiet frustration of professionals who know their operations could run better but have never been shown how. The Lean Six Sigma certification workshop was built for that room.

The workshop was led by Akshay Narayan, who is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt — and that certification is the anchor of the whole programme. This was not a theory lecture from someone who had read about quality management; it was a guided programme from a practitioner who has used the methodology in real engagements. We kept the cohort deliberately small. This was never meant to be a mass webinar with a thousand muted microphones — it was a working group.

Announced with registrations opening in October 2025, the cohort ran and concluded through November 2025. Over the sessions we worked through the DMAIC framework end to end — Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control — alongside practical process improvement, waste reduction and structured certification preparation. The participants came from different industries and functions: engineers, managers and operations professionals, each bringing their own process problem to the table and leaving with a way to actually solve it.

One participant put it better than any brochure could: "I came in knowing the term Six Sigma. I left knowing how to actually use it." That is the whole aim — not another certificate for the wall, but a methodology people can pick up on Monday morning and put to work.
